Corrections Policy

Our Commitment to Accuracy
Travel details change constantly — prices shift, schedules move, rules get updated. We work hard to get every fact right, and we verify key details against official sources before publishing (see our Editorial Policy). But when we get something wrong, we own it: we fix it promptly and tell you we did.
How to Report an Error
Spot a mistake in one of our guides? Please tell us — you help every traveler who reads that page after you.
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Correction".
- Include the page URL and a description of the error.
- If you can, link to or name the correct source (e.g., the airline's fare page, the museum's official hours).
What Happens Next
- We review every report within 5 business days.
- If the error is verified, we fix it and update the page's "last verified" date.
- For significant corrections (a wrong price, a closed attraction, an incorrect entry rule), we add a dated correction note on the page itself.
- We reply to the reporter to confirm the fix, where an email was provided.
Corrections vs. Updates
Not every change is a correction. Corrections fix facts that were wrong when published — a mistyped price, an outdated visa rule, a hotel that has closed. Updates reflect facts that were right at the time but have since changed — seasonal prices, new flight schedules, renovated facilities. Updates are dated too, so you always know how fresh the information is.
